Active Care Group is seeking a compassionate Support Worker in St Asaph, North Wales. The role is part-time (3 days/week) with flexible weekend cover, under a zero-hours contract, providing ongoing support to a client with complex needs.
You’ll help plan daily routines, accompany visits to appointments and the gym, and promote independence while offering reassurance and structure. The team focuses on rehabilitation and meaningful activity within a stable rotas framework.
