Avery Healthcare Group is seeking a Unit Manager – Clinical for Astbury Manor Care Home in Bracknell, Berkshire. You will lead a team to deliver high-quality care and ensure safe medication processes, with a focus on compassionate, compliant, and person-centred care.

You must hold an active NMC PIN and NVQ 3 (or equivalent) with at least two years’ experience in a care home. DBS check and eligibility to work in the UK are required. This is a full-time, on-site role within a supportive team.
