The Francis Crick Institute is seeking a Junior Data Scientist to join the Turajlic Lab and support analysis of complex genomic and transcriptomic datasets. This early-career role offers hands-on development in a world-class cancer research environment.
You’ll work with computational scientists, wet-lab researchers, and clinicians, applying bioinformatics tools (R/Bioconductor, Python) to multimodal data including bulk and single-cell RNA-seq, WES, spatial datasets, and more.
