In this vital role, you will work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders to ensure the safety and well-being of vulnerable children and young people.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive assessments of children and families to identify needs and risks.
- Developing and implementing effective intervention plans in collaboration with social workers and other professionals.
- Providing expert guidance and support to less experienced team members, fostering a culture of learning and development.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation in compliance with statutory requirements.
- Participating in multi-agency meetings and contributing to child protection conferences.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and skills:
