Job Description:
Northumberland County Council’s Coanwood Children’s Home in Cramlington is seeking a Senior Support Worker. You will support four young people aged 6–17, contributing to their emotional, social and educational development and ensuring high-quality care within a 37-hour weekly pattern.
The role requires a Diploma Level 3 in Residential Child Care and a willingness to undertake required training, including DBS enhanced disclosure. Salary is band 6 with enhancements for unsociable hours.
