Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Residential Senior Carer to lead a care team in a warm, person-centred home. You will supervise staff, train on care delivery, and help with medication administration and care planning.
You’ll review resident plans and risk assessments, liaise with GPs and district nurses, and communicate with families to support wellbeing. NVQ3 or equivalent is required with prior residential care experience.
