SEN Level 3 Support Stratford upon Avon

About the role:

justteachers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join a supportive and well-resourced SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of children with additional needs. The role is due to start in September 2026, although an earlier start may be available for the right candidate who is ready to hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with a range of special educational needs, including ASD, ADHD, and complex learning difficulties
• Assist the class teacher in delivering personalised learning plans
• Support pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to promote engagement and progress
• Help manage behaviour positively, following school policies and individual support strategies
• Encourage independence, confidence, and social development in students

Pre-requisites:

• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working with children or young people with SEN
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach
• Ability to adapt to the varying needs of students
