Key is recruiting a Support Worker in Scotland to provide person-centred, independent living support to adults with varying needs. You will empower individuals to live as independently as possible, promoting dignity and well-being.

The role involves evenings, weekends, sleepovers and waking nights when required. We offer full-time and part-time contracts, an induction, competitive pay including £13.85 per hour, enhanced rates for nights and holidays, annual leave, PVG fees paid, and funded SVQ
