Clinical Pharmacist: Medicines Optimisation & Primary Care

PICS is recruiting a Clinical Pharmacist to join Mansfield North Primary Care Network, supporting around 60,000 patients across five GP practices. The role focuses on medicines optimisation, long-term condition management and clinical medication reviews within primary care settings, including homes and care homes.

You will collaborate with GPs, Pharmacy Technicians and nurses, with mentorship from Senior Pharmacists, and have opportunities to progress towards Independent Prescribing.
