Community OT – Home Rehab & Palliative Care

Hertfordshire Community NHS Trust in Hoddesdon is hiring a dynamic Community Occupational Therapist (Band 6) on a fixed-term maternity cover, 28.5 hours per week. You will work with the Integrated Community Team to provide rehabilitation and therapy in patients’ own homes, care homes, and local communities, helping maintain independence and optimise functional performance.

HCPC registered OT with driving licence required; pro rata salary £39,959–£48,117 depending on hours and experience.
