Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Peripatetic Nurse (RGN) to travel between Essex and surrounding areas, delivering high clinical standards across multiple care homes. You will lead multidisciplinary teams on every shift, oversee resident admissions, and shape care plans tailored to each resident’s physical and mental needs.
