Mental Health Social Worker – Community Impact

Cardiff Council is seeking an experienced Community Mental Health Social Worker to join the City’s CMHT in Cardiff. You will work in a fast-paced, person-centred environment supporting adults with complex mental health needs to maximise independence and promote positive outcomes.
