Collections Specialist – Empathy in Action (Hybrid)

Oodle Car Finance in Manchester is seeking a Collections Agent to join the Payment Support Team. You will engage with customers facing financial difficulties, exploring payment solutions and setting up plans to help them manage missed payments.

You’ll need excellent communication, empathy, and the ability to prioritise work against KPIs. After probation and the academy (about six months), you will move to a hybrid arrangement with two days in the office and the rest from home.
