Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a well-organised Band 6 paediatric sister to join Ward 24, a busy unit with 29 beds and an HDU. The successful candidate will lead the team, provide high-quality family-centred care and help develop the service.
You will work closely with children, families and the multidisciplinary team to assess and plan care, administer medications, monitor patients and contribute to discharge planning.
