Reward & Benefits Specialist – Payroll, Pensions & Insights

Debenhams Group is seeking a Reward and Benefits Partner based onsite in Manchester to lead the delivery of pay, bonus, recognition, pensions and benefits administration. You’ll manage data, run routine processing, and provide first-line guidance to employees and managers.

You will work closely with HR, payroll and local business teams to optimise the employee offer, implement the Benefits Hub, and report on key reward metrics.
