Trauma-Informed Family Social Worker — Hybrid & Flexible

Lewisham Council is seeking experienced Social Workers to join our Family Wellbeing Team, part of the Family Help service. You will work directly with children, young people and families using relational, trauma-informed and strength-based approaches to improve safety and wellbeing.

You will contribute to high-quality assessments, provide interventions, and support multi-agency partnerships to help families access the right services and reduce the need for formal safeguarding processes.
