Case Management Officer, DFG | Hybrid & Field Visits

Adecco Group UK & Ireland is recruiting a Case Management Officer for Hounslow’s Housing Adaptation Service. You will manage a caseload of up to 40 DFG cases, guiding residents from enquiry to completion and performing home visits across the borough.

The role is hybrid (2/3 days in the office) with visits rounds; 36 hours per week; 3-month contract starting ASAP.

Strong customer focus, admin skills and ability to work independently as part of a team.
