Senior Monitoring Officer & Clerk – Hybrid

Mid and West Wales Fire and Rescue Service in Carmarthen is seeking an experienced Monitoring Officer and Clerk to the Fire & Rescue Authority. This statutory role advises on governance, constitutional and procedural matters, and ensures meetings operate lawfully.

Working with the Chair, Members and Chief Fire Officer, the postholder will provide independent advice on governance and standards, oversee the Constitution and Code of Conduct, and support robust decision-making.
