Senior Applications Engineer – Bid & Proposal Leader

Ingersoll Rand plc on Sunderland site is seeking an Engineering professional to lead the bid process for customer enquiries. You will manage the full bid lifecycle, assemble technical and commercial proposals, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and contract handovers.

Experience in engineering and bid management, plus strong communication and negotiation skills, are essential. The role is based on-site in Sunderland with travel as required.
