Remote-First First Line Compliance Officer

Howden is seeking a First Line Compliance Officer to partner with operational teams and ensure robust compliance controls across sales, renewals and claims. You will conduct QA reviews, monitor customer outcomes under Consumer Duty and FCA ICOBS, and help identify and address emerging risks with a culture of continuous improvement.

The role is primarily home-based with travel to London and other UK locations as needed, offering engaging cross-functional collaboration within a global insurance
