Public Defender Law Clerk – Research & Trial Support

The Commonwealth of Kentucky, through the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy in Glasgow, seeks a Law Clerk to assist the criminal defense team. The role requires recent ABA-accredited law school completion and plans to take the next bar exam or has recently become licensed to practice law.

Emphasis on organization, self-direction, and collaboration with attorneys and staff is key. Responsibilities include research, client interviews, courtroom support, and other duties as assigned.
