Green Light is seeking a Relief Workforce and Rostering Coordinator to manage our Cornwall relief workforce, coordinate DBS checks, and ensure staffing gaps are covered across our residential homes.
You will report to the Director of Services and work closely with managers to balance immediate rostering needs with long-term workforce planning, while maintaining compassionate, compliant care for adults with learning disabilities and autism.
