Job Description:
World Vision UK is seeking a Strategic Change Lead to drive people-side change during a 3-year transformation. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will shape change management, embed new ways of working and support leadership across the organisation.
The role is fixed-term for 12 months, full-time (36.5 hours), hybrid working in Milton Keynes (2-3 days per week). Salary £45,000 per annum. Closing date 16 October 2026.
