Site Manager – Reclad & Fire Remediation (Occupied Blocks)

Site Manager role in Bristol city centre for a freelance assignment with a daily rate of £280-£310 (CIS). You will lead the day-to-day operations on occupied residential blocks, coordinating reclad and fire remediation works while liaising with residents and stakeholders to ensure safety and quality.

You will report to the Project Manager, manage subcontractors, and maintain site records, RAMS, and progress updates. CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid are essential.
