Care Home Facilities Technician – Hands-on Maintainer

Ivy Gate Lodge Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home in Southport, Merseyside. We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Officer to keep the home safe, functional and well maintained at all times.

This hands-on role covers repairs, inspections, installations and general upkeep across the building and grounds, with safety and compliance as a priority. You will work with the Home Manager and team to ensure a clean, well‑organised environment and a positive resident experience.
