Primark is seeking a CRM Operations Projects Specialist to lead and optimise CRM automation within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You’ll translate strategies into scalable journeys, collaborate across CRM, Campaigns, Technology and Data teams, and ensure high-quality delivery from briefing to launch.
You’ll drive testing, governance, and continuous improvement, using data to surface insights and optimise customer journeys while maintaining compliance and robust runbooks.
