UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs and pain points.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design ideas.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.
• Iterate designs based on user feedback and analytics to improve user satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of user-centred design principles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Experience with HTML/CSS is a plus.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design.
• Experience in conducting user interviews and user testing.
• Knowledge of front-end development languages.
