Pertemps Milton Keynes seeks two experienced HGV1 (CAT C+E) Driver – Nights Out – £22ph to join a client depot in Milton Keynes. This full‑time contract involves one to four nights away each week, plus a £25.00 night out allowance.

Drivers collect and deliver goods, complete vehicle checks and tachograph records, and follow all safety and compliance rules. No handball is required. Applicants must hold a valid CAT C+E licence, a current CPC card and a digital tachograph card, with proven experience on articulated vehicles. Weekly or monthly pay is offered.

Responsibilities

• Complete business‑to‑business deliveries across the UK, typically making 2‑3 drops per day
• No store deliveries
• No dragging pallets around
• No turning up expecting to drive and ending up auditioning for Britain’s Strongest Man
• Long‑distance runs and nights out

• 2‑3 deliveries per day

• Monday to Friday working pattern
• Average 9‑hour shifts
• Plenty of motorway miles

What You’re Needed

• Valid HGV1 (C+E) Licence
• Driver CPC Qualification Card
• Digital Tachograph Card
• Minimum 2 years’ HGV1 experience
• Good understanding of Drivers’ Hours and Working Time Regulations
• No more than 6 penalty points
• Reliable, professional and customer‑focused attitude
• Happy with regular nights out
