Chef de Partie — Live Events Kitchen Lead

ATG Entertainment is seeking a Chef de Partie to join Swansea Arena, delivering world-class catering for concerts, theatre and conferences. You will be part of a kitchen team reporting to the Kitchen Manager, preparing fresh dishes for banquets, buffets, and kiosks while maintaining HACCP standards.

The role requires CDP experience or strong commis readiness, knowledge of multiple cuisines, and a Level 2 Food Hygiene qualification. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.
