Midday Welfare Assistant — Supportive School Care & Activities

North Walkden Primary School in Salford is seeking a Welfare Assistant to supervise pupils at midday, either in the grounds or inside the school during meal times or in bad weather. Experience with young children and safeguarding awareness is preferred; you should model positive behaviour and promote constructive playtime activities.

This fixed term contract runs from November 2026 to 31 July 2027, with shortlisting and interviews in October; the school will complete all necessary checks
