Job Description:
Highfields College in Stockport is seeking an Intervention Teacher to bridge educational gaps for students with SEMH and SEND. You will plan and deliver targeted interventions to small groups and individuals, including outreach work in the community and collaboration with attendance teams.
You will work with Subject Leads in Maths, English and Science to shape pathways, track progress, and report outcomes in multi-agency settings. A trauma-informed approach and strong communication are essential.
