Regional Care Training Specialist

Barchester Healthcare is seeking an Operational Trainer to deliver induction and development training across Wokingham, Reading, and Bracknell regions. The role is home-based with regional travel to multiple care homes and hospitals, supporting staff to be confident, capable, and person-centred in care delivery.

You will coordinate calendars, maintain training records, and work with Home Managers to implement personal development plans. Travel and driving licence are required.
