Head Chef — Lead Seasonal Menus & Team Development

BM Caterers is seeking an experienced Head Chef for a full-time, Monday–Friday role in Reading. You will lead and develop the kitchen team, drive seasonal menus, and partner with site GMs to meet client goals and food innovation standards.

You will engage with customers, monitor GP, and support continuous development through training and workshops. This is a leadership role with a focus on quality, coaching, and customer interaction.
