Loungers is hiring a full-time Head Chef to lead the kitchen at Tesoro Lounge, a local café bar. This is a hands-on role for an experienced hospitality head chef, kitchen manager, or senior sous chef.

You will own the kitchen, recruit and develop your team, ensure menu specs and processes, and drive KPIs such as food quality, wait times and GP. The role includes a 48-hour contract with a 40-hour option, overtime pay, and a generous bonus scheme.
