Cluster Nursery Leadership Coach

Childbase Partnership Limited is seeking an experienced Nursery Support Manager to lead across a cluster of nurseries in the Home Counties and Midlands. You’ll coach leadership teams, strengthen quality of care and drive operational projects, with a focus on developing people and sustaining excellent outcomes for children and families.

You’ll work with Area Managers and Regional Directors to ensure consistent delivery of Childbase standards while adapting leadership to each setting’s needs.
