Retail Sales Assistant – Flexible 16h/wk & Growth Path

Savers in Thatcham is looking for a Sales Assistant to join the team on a part-time basis. You’ll work around 16 hours a week with the option to take extra shifts, in mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends as discussed at interview.

You’ll help customers with a positive, can-do attitude, keep store standards high and build rapport with the local community. This role offers holiday entitlement, sick pay, access to pay apps and generous retailer discounts.
