Store Manager: Lead High-Impact Team & Growth

cardfactory is seeking a Store Manager who will lead the team, shape a positive culture, and create an environment where staff feel supported, valued and inspired. You will coach, motivate and celebrate wins while using data to keep the store moving forward.

You’ll lead day-to-day operations, hire and coach the team, manage merchandising and payroll, and work with District and Regional Managers to grow and improve the business.
