Learning Disability Support Worker – Flexible 19h, Driving Licence

We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to join our team. The role is a permanent 19-hour contract with a rolling 3 on / 3 off rota. Pay is £12.71 per hour and a full UK driving licence is essential.

You will provide person-centred support, assist with personal care, promote independence, help residents attend appointments and social activities using adapted vehicles, and contribute to a caring, inclusive home life.
