Overnight Support Worker: Calm Care for Homeless Adults

Jimmy’s Cambridge is seeking a Night Support Worker to join our East Road hostel, a 25-bed facility for people with homelessness and complex needs. You will work in a dedicated night team to provide emotional support, crisis response, welfare checks and ensure residents access to appropriate services.

Shifts run 10pm–7:30am on a 7-day rota. We value calm, compassionate, and boundary‑mitting care as you help residents build trust and safety during the night. Training and support are provided.
