Recruitment Consultant (360) – Fast-Paced Growth & Commission

New Recruits is an independently owned recruitment agency in Oxford with 20+ years of experience in supplying temporary and permanent staff. We are expanding and seek a Recruitment Consultant to drive growth and deliver a full 360 recruitment service.

The role involves sales calls, business development, candidate attraction and registrations, plus onsite client checks and on-call duties. A full UK driving licence is required; fast-paced environments are preferred.
