Local housing provider is seeking a Care & Compliance Coordinator with CQC compliance experience and a valid driving licence to lead domiciliary care activities in the Bedford area. You will deputise for the Domiciliary Care Manager, oversee audits, spot checks and staff development while coordinating service planning and care delivery.
The role requires visiting client locations within approximately an hour’s drive and ensuring adherence to health and safety and service standards.
