Senior Support Worker – Lead Care & Independence

Voyage Care in North Petherton is hiring a Senior Support Worker to lead a residential service and support a group of people with varying needs. The role involves helping service users gain independence and assisting the Manager with day-to-day supervision and shifts planning.

Typical shifts run 08:00–20:30, 3 long days per week, with enhanced evening and weekend pay and additional benefits including Wagestream and a Blue Light Card.
