Senior Residential Care Lead — Children’s Home

SuperCare Residential is seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker for our children’s home rated Good by Ofsted. You will combine direct care with leadership responsibilities to support a safe, stable environment for young people with complex needs.

The role requires a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) and a commitment to safeguarding. You will lead on shift, mentor colleagues, and help deliver tailored care plans, routines and positive behaviour support.
