Independent Living Support Worker – Full-Time

Lifeways in Accrington is looking for a Support Worker to empower adults with learning disabilities, autism, and other needs to live independently.

You will deliver person-centred support with daily living activities, promote wellbeing, assist with appointments, hobbies, and community outings, and keep accurate records.

We offer a full-time role (37.5 hours) with shifts 8:00am–10:00pm, Monday to Sunday, plus numerous benefits and funded qualifications.
