Therapeutic Children’s Residential Care Worker

The Esland Group Ltd is hiring a Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a 3-bed home serving young people in the Staffordshire area. You will deliver nurturing, therapeutic care, help with daily routines and support socialisation activities in a 365-day service.

The role requires a UK driving licence, eligibility to work in the UK, and a patient-centred approach. Driving duties are included, with potential progression into Level 4/5 Residential Childcare qualifications and paid induction
