City and County Healthcare Group is recruiting for a dedicated care assistant to support a 16-year-old girl with a spinal cord injury at her family home in the Hemel Hempstead area. You will provide compassionate, one-to-one support, including night-time assistance and school escort responsibilities.
Full nurse-led training is provided; a valid UK driving licence is required. Applicants should be comfortable in a home environment with a dog and be committed to safety and wellbeing.
