Job Description:
Belgrave Medical Centre in Stoke-on-Trent is seeking a dedicated Practice Nurse to join our supportive primary care team. You will work with GPs, pharmacists and allied staff to provide evidence-based nursing care, health promotion and disease management.
The role covers wound care, injections, immunisations, cervical screening, chronic disease reviews and participation in vaccination programmes. You will maintain patient records in EMIS Web and contribute to audits and quality improvement.
