Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated Education Support Worker to join a specialist Secondary SEN School and College in Bury, supporting young people aged 11-19 with a range of additional needs. You’ll work as part of a supportive team, providing 1:1 and small group assistance inside and outside the classroom to help students overcome barriers and achieve positive outcomes.
Previous experience in education or care is desirable, but passion for helping learners matters most.
