Casual Health & Wellbeing Support Worker – Housing

Trident Group is seeking Casual Support Workers for the Health & Wellbeing Accommodation Service in Birmingham. You will provide practical and emotional support to adults with complex needs, helping them access health, housing, employment, training and community services and supporting their journey toward independence.

The role focuses on building trust, safeguarding, and coordinating with external agencies to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed care in a housing-based service.
