Nursery Practitioner – Bishop’s Stortford
TeacherActive are currently recruiting for Level 2 and Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioners to join a fantastic early years setting in Bishop’s Stortford.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Nursery Practitioner who is looking to secure regular work within a welcoming, high-quality nursery environment. The setting places a strong focus on providing children with engaging learning experiences, supporting their development and creating a positive environment for both children and staff.
Nursery Practitioner – The Role
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be supporting children across the nursery, helping to provide a safe, stimulating and nurturing environment. You will work alongside an experienced team and contribute to the children’s learning, development and day-to-day care.
The Nursery Practitioner role is available for an immediate start, although candidates currently working a notice period can also be considered.

Pay:
The rate of pay will depend on your qualification and experience, with rates starting from £14.25 per hour.
What we are looking for:
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years/Childcare
- Previous experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- A positive and reliable approach to work
- Good communication and teamwork skills
